With the help of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), governments are also delivering public services efficiently. Management’s political will and technology awareness are playing somewhat crucial role in the process. A process executes multiple functions on sequential basis is an important area to touch upon here. A business process consist several structured instructions for example, sufficient infrastructure and coordination with in-house departments in a government domain in the delivery process. Governments afford such business process reengineering for implementing innovative programs effectively. One such innovation is delivering public services using Internet. Andhra Pradesh is one of the pioneering states in India implementing ICT based Government to Citizen (G2C) services to citizens. We conducted a little online pilot study using a structured questionnaire for understanding online user’s perceptions on business processes of a government website. The results shows how an online website functioning and how governments are following guidelines for smooth execution.
