Analysis of hill slope buildings for variation in twist By changing plan Aspect ratio

Abstract

During earthquake, buildings on hill slops are highly vulnerable due to its unsymmetrical and irregular configuration such as variation in height of columns which leads to torsional behavior. Which gives us necessity for analyzing these buildings for its base conditions and its behavior of torsion by changing its configuration. This paper will show variation of twists of floors for building on hill slopes with change in length(Aspect ratio will change) in ridge direction .
