Integrated Land Use Modelling

Modeling is the concept of predicting the future scenarios or understanding the factors regarding a particular phenomenon and its consequences ahead. Integration of satellite derived products, along with socio-economic data within the GIS domain, it is possible to analyze, predict and simulate certain trends with reference to particular change under study.

Towards spatial modeling currently the research is mainly focused on the climate change and shift in agriculture scenario, urban planning and urban expansion, Geo-Visualization & simulation of mobile tower locations
